When I walked into your extra storage public facility, I was greeted by Jason with a smile and a warm and greet not only is his customer service superb but he’s also easy to speak with and very knowledgeable of his position. I had a couple issues and questions and he resolved them promptly and quickly with a great sense of urgency. What a great asset to your company.

My experience has been pretty pleasant over the last few months. I have multiple units and needed the last one in a pinch. Jessica was superb at hearing my needs and delivering on the request. She was very informative on rates as well. Such a great asset!!

I had some challenges initially because I wasn't able to call to make changes to the costs that were changed. The staff at on New York Avenue went above and beyond to help me make adjustments to the cost of my unit because I'm surprisingly it went up 75% and then with their help it's now manageable and within my budget. Thanks to the staff on New York Avenue 😊

I had extra space storage for onmost a year. Everytime I came in I was greeted by this excellent employee name Jessica. She always made sure that we did not need for anything. She definitely do the best that she can and she works with you. Any other person would have let my storage go into auction but not her.

Had a great experience with Jason! He answered all my concerns with enthusiasm and care. During a difficult time in my life, i had to scramble for a storage space and he was amazing. Never once felt like I was bothering him. Will definitely recommend 10/10.

I rented my first storage unit ever, and I am really please with the experience. The place is brand new, spotless and so nicely airconditioned. Drive-in, all indoor design is great. The manger Jason, was extremely friendly and helpful.
